Jump Rope

The students performed the following skills with a long jump rope:

• Snake      
• Blue Bells
• Cold Start
• Front Door Entry
• Front Door Entry/Exit
• Back Door Entry
• Back Door Entry/Exit
• Long Rope Twirling
• Double Dutch Jumping & Twirling (3rd Only)
