Ways you can help

 

*Use the 3 Rs REUSE REDUCE and RECYCLE

 

*Take 1min off your shower

 

*Unplug small appliances when not used

 

*Use fluorescent light bulbs they use less energy

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

*Drive less! Walk and bike instead.

I am a 4th grade  student helping to save the Earth.  Global warming is when the Earth gets heated by greenhouse gases. Greenhouse gases are gases like CO2,  nitrous oxide, and many others. But not  all greenhouse gases are bad, if we had no greenhouse gases there would be no heat on Earth.  If  no one recycled all of the garbage landfills would have to be filled and it would pollute the Earth. My class has worked extremely hard making websites, posters, signs, and putting all of it together. My favorite part was making the websites. It did take us the most time to do, but I think it was really fun. I believe  that it is a good thing that we are helping our planet. I hope many others will do their part in saving the Earth.
