JOIN OUR TEAM GO GREEN!

This is  the layout of what is happening right now in our world and this is a greenhouse effect and that is how our Earth is warming up.  If we don't stop this the borders of any country will be flooded.

LUKE

I am a  fourth grade student who is learning about the effects of climate change.

I LEARNED: I learned that one tree can absorb the amount of CO2 released by an average car that’s been driven for 4,000 miles (6,437 km).

MY FAVORITE PART OF DOING THE GO GREEN PROJECT WAS:Was making the poster. That I really enjoyed making with all my classmate. My class got together one morning and went to stores and other places and hung up the posters so people will help save the Earth.

If you don't recycle cans this is how much pollution  is put out, but if you recycle that is a way better thing to do because it doesn't put as much pollution in the air. Always remember the three R’s and it is Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.

These light bulbs don't use as much energy as regular light bulbs. If you use these light bulbs it will not burn off so much energy.

The girl in this picture is brushing her teeth and she doesn't need the lights on the mirror because she is not using  it . When you leave a room make sure you turn off all the lights so you don't waste any electricity. When your done with a item make sure you unplug that item because when it is plugged in electricity is still running through the cord and if it is plugged in it will never stop running through the cord until its unplugged.

Over many years the temperature  has risen 1 degree. If we’re going to stop this we need  to stop pollution.  If we stop the world will be much better. Let’s all work together and stop pollution.

Coral reefs are dying because of global warming. If we don't  stop global warming the fish home will not be living and the fish will have to swim somewhere were coral reefs that are not destroyed. This is what happens when coral get destroyed when coral reefs get too warm, they expel the algae and lose their colors, or “bleach.” If the water doesn't cool, the corals can die. A dead reef cannot support the diversity of life that thrives around living corals.

If we’re going to stop it we have to pick up trash and DON’T LITTER! Recycle all recyclable items and do what ever you want to do to save the Earth. The Earth has like a big blanket on it and if you want to help him get it off start doing some of the things I suggested. So if you want to help start helping! Always remember the three R’s reduce, reuse, recycle.
