I am a fourth grade student trying to save the Earth. My goal is to stop most pollution.

I learned that every little bit can help. You can plant a tree, use only one glass a day, cut down 1 minute from your shower, use one less napkin a day, and  EAT LESS MEAT!!!!

I learned that the rising temperatures can cause many problems in the Artic. Also that global warming is when greenhouse gases get trapped in the atmosphere and make the earth warmer.

Some positive causes and effects are, that if you drive less, you can  decrease pollution.  Also, if you plant a tree , you can put more oxygen in the air and less CO2. Finally, if you use your water wisely, then there will be less used energy to run water plants.

Some not so good causes and effects are, warmer temperatures are occurring, which makes the ice caps melt. Also, when the ice caps melt, the ocean waters rise, and there is a chance of possible flooding. Finally, the animals habitats are being ruined, which is making the animals die out.

Here are some pictures:

Up above is the pollution we are putting in the air. This is some of  the CO2.

In the picture above, this is what we are doing to the poor Earth!
