Hi my name is Samantha and I am a fourth grade student who is learning about Global Warming. It is kind of scary to know what is happening to our world. People are polluting.  It is okay for a little pollution, but when there is a lot then the problem starts. That is a summary of the things I’ve learned.

 

 

          Tips

~ Plant a Tree

 

~ Buy compact fluorescent  pack light bulbs

 

~ Ride a bike or walk instead of using a car                        

 

~ Use the three R’s: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle

 

~ Dry clothes naturally (clothes line/clothes rack)

 

~ Use water wisely

 

~ Use electricity wisely                    

They can be good tips you know!

See the globe? Pretend that the arrows are a big blanket around the Earth that’s getting thicker and thicker.  You can compare pollution to a blanket because it’s blocking the sun’s rays from going back into space.   

I don't know about you, but I do not want our Earth to be all water and no land.
