Dear Parents,

Welcome to the Minooka School community!  We are happy that your family chose the Minooka School community as a place to raise your children.  Minooka Community Consolidated School District 201 has an outstanding reputation for providing academic programs that provide students with a sound education foundation.  Minooka CCSD 201 is committed to high quality, affordable education. 

Currently the district houses students in five schools.  Beginning in the fall of 2009, our district will consist of seven (7) schools.  Our newest schools are Jones Elementary School (located in Joliet in the northern section of our district at 800 Barberry Way) and the new Minooka Intermediate School (located in Minooka at 321 West McEvilly Road, adjacent to our existing Junior High School).  The new Minooka Intermediate School replaces the old Minooka Intermediate School (305 Church Street, Minooka); the old school will be renovated and reopened in the fall of 2010 as a Pre-School/Kindergarten Center. The opening of our new schools will provide much needed space to accommodate our growing enrollments.  (You will find all school information at the bottom of the page.)

New student registrations are accepted at the District Registration Office, 304 Mondamin St, Suite 124, in downtown Minooka.  Appointments are required to register your child (ren), and may be made by contacting the District Registrar at 815-467-2801, Ext 2.  (Please click on the above hyperlinks to access more registration information and forms, including the health/immunization form.)  District 201 does not accept tuition students.  Students must reside in the District in order to attend our schools.
