For this project, you must choose 6-7 items that are important to the story and place them inside a shoe box. If you do not have a shoe box, you may use any medium-sized box with a lid. The box must be decorated with your name, the title, author, and any illustrations or pictures related to the story.
Each item you place inside the box must have a tag (index card) attached to it that explains what story element it represents and why it is important to the story. You may choose to include actual items or pictures of items if they are too large to fit inside the box.
The box must include items related to each of the following:
· Setting (1)
· Characters (1) – You may need more than one item for this if there is more
than one main character
· Conflict/Problem (1)
· Main Events (2)
· Solution (1)
Be creative and detailed in your explanations! Remember to be neat and use complete sentences!
