Rebecca Caudill Young Reader’s Book Award The RCYRBA is a Illinois Reader’s Choice sward given annually for the best Children’s or Young Adult book. Here at MIS, we have a long standing tradition of participating in the program. We believe giving the students the power to vote for their favorite books gives them the incentive to READ!
