The Board of Education is currently updating their Strategic Plan, which was last adopted in fall 2014. We will be utilizing the stakeholder driven Strategic Planning Process using Mr. Perry Soldwedel from the Consortium for Educational Change (CEC) as facilitator. This process will run from April through early June 2018 to allow for implementation through our District in the fall of 2018. If you have questions regarding this process please contact Dr. Kris Monn, Superintendent of Schools.
Minooka Community High School 111 recently completed the CEC Strategic Planning Process. For an example of what our finished plan will look like, please visit the MCHS 111 Strategic Planning webpage and their Final Strategic Plan Posters.
