IAR Instructions

1. Log into Powerschool at https://min201.powerschool.com/public.
   Enter in the credentials for your parent account.  If you do not know these, please emails us at pshelp@min201.org
2. Click on Forms on the left hand side
3. You may need to collapse the menu on the left with the small arrow.

4. Complete the simple form

Log into Powerschool at https://min201.powerschool.com/public. On the left, click on quick links.

1. Scroll down to the Custom Links area and click on Forms.

2. Click on the form named “Illinois Assessment of Readiness".

3. Complete the simple form.

1. After completing the survey for the first student.
2. At the top left, look for your other student(s) names, and click on it.
    This will switch you to your other student’s information.
3. Click on “Forms” on the left hand side menu.

4. Click on the form named “Illinois Assessment of Readiness”.

5. Complete the simple form.
6. Repeat as necessary for multiple students.
