Registration Communication

Dear Parent/Guardian:

Online registration for returning students and new students (including all incoming kindergarten students) is now open! Save $30 per student in fees (can be paid later) by registering by May 15^th.  See below for instructions.

To streamline the registration process for returning students entering grades 1st-8th, the district uses a bulk residency verification service that utilizes online databases to eliminate the need to provide proof of residency in most situations. Please note that residency proofs will still be required in some instances.

All students entering Preschool and Kindergarten will be required to prove residency. 

Minooka 201 reserves the right to ask for residency documentation at any time.

Summary of Instructions for Returning Students: 

1.     Log into PowerSchool’s website

2.     Click on Returning Student Registration 

a.  If registering on a phone, you may need to expand the triangle to reveal the gray sidebar.

 Summary of Instructions for new students to an existing family: 

1.     Log into PowerSchool’s website

2.     Click on Returning Student Registration

a.  If on a phone, you may need to expand the triangle to reveal the gray sidebar.

3.     Click on Dashboard

4.     Click New Student Registration 2026-2027
