Minooka 201 will have three seats to be filled at the April 4, 2023, Consolidated Election.  Candidates for the office of the school board can begin to circulate nomination petitions for signatures beginning September 20, 2022. The period for filing nomination papers runs from December 12 through December 19, 2022.

Changes in the state election laws have moved the responsibility of school board elections from the local board secretary.  Those duties are now handled by the county clerk.  Candidates for the school board will not be filing any paperwork at the local district.  Candidates may contact the Grundy County Clerk at 815-941-3222 to confirm hours and for additional information.
