IAR Instructions

This form is located in a new section of Powerschool’s website, the updated instructions are listed below: 

Phone Instructions

Log into Powerschool at https://classroom.powerschool.com

1. Click on the 3 horizontal lines on the top left.

2. Then click on Quick Links.

3. Then click on “Custom Links".

4. Click on Forms.

5. Click on the form named “Illinois Assessment of Readiness".
   You may need to collapse the menu on the left with the small arrow.

6. Complete the simple form

Computer Instructions

Log into Powerschool at https://classroom.powerschool.com.

1. On the left, click on quick links.

2. Scroll down to the Custom Links area and click on Forms.

3. Click on the form named “Illinois Assessment of Readiness".

4. Complete the simple form.

If you have another student (Grades 3-8 only) you wish to send to school to for IAR testing: 

1. After completing the survey for the first student.
2. At the top left, look for your other student(s) names, and click on it.
    This will switch you to your other student’s information.
3. Click on “Forms” on the left hand side menu.

4. Click on the form named “Illinois Assessment of Readiness”.

5. Complete the simple form.
6. Repeat as necessary for multiple students.
